Terms of Service
Last updated June 23, 2026
In plain words: Tysha is a white-noise app you can use freely. Be reasonable with it, understand it's a comfort tool and not a medical device, and the one-time Pro purchase is yours to keep. These terms cover the details.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Tysha (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are between you and Tysha (“we”, “us”).
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tysha on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its sounds.
3. Purchases & Lifetime Pro
Tysha's core sound library is free. “Lifetime Pro” is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features for the lifetime of the app on your account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
4. Health & safety disclaimer
Tysha is a comfort and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, nor to monitor an infant.
Please follow pediatric guidance on safe sound levels and distance when using white noise near a baby. Keep playback at a gentle, considerate volume and your device a safe distance from the crib. Always rely on your own judgment and supervision; Tysha does not replace caregiving.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Tysha only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to interfere with the app's operation, extract its audio assets for redistribution, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, name, logo, and generated soundscapes are owned by Tysha and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Tysha is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email gehucka@gmail.com.
