Getting started

How do I play a sound?

Open Tysha and tap a sound to start it — the home screen is the player. Layer more sounds to build your blend; your mix is remembered for next time.

How does the mixer work?

Each active sound has its own level. Bring one up to make it louder, ease it down to soften it, and blend rain, brown noise and a fan into the mix that settles your baby.

How do I set a sleep timer?

Choose a duration and Tysha fades gently to silence when it ends — never an abrupt cut. There's a live countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

Purchases & Pro

Is Tysha really free?

Yes. The full sound library, mixer and sleep timer are free forever, no account needed. Lifetime Pro is an optional one-time purchase — never a subscription.

I bought Pro but don't see it — how do I restore?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with, Pro reactivates. Still stuck? Email us.

I bought Pro on another device. Do I pay again?

No. Pro is tied to your Apple ID. Install Tysha on the other device, open Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do refunds work?

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. We can't issue App Store refunds directly, but we're happy to help — just reach out.

Troubleshooting

There's no sound.

Check that your device isn't on silent with media muted, raise the volume, and make sure another app isn't holding audio. Restarting Tysha usually clears it.

Playback stopped when I got a call.

Tysha pauses for phone calls and resumes afterward. If it doesn't resume on its own, just tap play again.

How loud is safe for my baby?

Pediatric guidance suggests keeping continuous sound at a gentle level and the speaker a good distance from the crib. Tysha is a comfort tool, not a medical device — use your judgment and follow your pediatrician's advice. See our Terms for the full note.

Still stuck?
